These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Syntegrax website and participation in swimming courses offered in Poland. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Course enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices are displayed in PLN and may be subject to change.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Syntegrax.

3. Attendance and Conduct

• Participants are expected to arrive on time for lessons.
• Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children outside the pool area.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions.
• Syntegrax is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
• Our pools follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Syntegrax reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Missed lessons cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for course administration and communication.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syntegrax is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at our facilities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.
